What is a vision board?
A vision board is a visualisation tool. It is a board that has photos and words that represent your goals and dreams. Whatever you want, display it on your board. This collection of photos serves as your vision for the future. It should represent your dreams, your goals and your ideal life.
Why use a vision board?
“You are what you manifest”. The intention behind creating a vision board is to get a clear picture of what you want to achieve and then to revisit it daily to remember and tell yourself that you can achieve it. As you keep practising this regularly with an open and confident heart, you start to attract your goals into your life. After all, believing in yourself is one of the most important steps towards achieving your dreams.
